Start off slow.

Qi Gong is an Asian form of yoga that can be simply translated to "energy work." The practices' gentle repetitive motions can be done from a standing or sitting position making it accessible for all ability levels. 

Find your rhythm.

Can't find a dance class near you? There are plenty of  online classes featuring a wide range of genres. Kick off those slippers and put on your dancing shoes! 

Explore your surroundings.

Going on walks or hikes near you is a great first step (pun intended!) to get moving. Lace up your sneakers and explore your own backyard or travel to a nearby nature preserve by car, bus, or train. Don't forget to follow all safety precautions and guidelines along the way!
