My name is Dr. Morty Sosland, I am a psychiatrist and dad with an interest in Cognitive Behavior Therapy — that is using our thoughts and our actions to change our moods. I created this website to share some books that I've been working on. These books have one thing in common: They are meant to help your kids and you improve your life! You could call them self help books for kids but, shhhhh... don't tell your kids that. I like to call them funducational! I hope these tools empower you to Change Your Moods.
